The translation of this and other pre-1999 books are not published
as Master's New Articles are so that during Fa rectification Dafa disciples can
concentrate on studying Zhuan Falun, which systematically guides
cultivation, and other new articles that guide Fa-rectification cultivation; and
so that disciples can make the best use of their time to do well the three
things that Dafa disciples should do in the current situation of validating
Dafa.
