Note: These remarks are to be read by two practitioners, one male (M) and one female (F). At times they speak in unison (B).
M: Heaven and Earth together at once, coming together from the four corners of the world
F: Lotus flowers fluttering everywhere as if the Spring has come, the Fa's light illuminates everywhere – the sky is clear
M: Clearing away the dark haze has awakened the sentient beings, we smile as we watch the passing of the storm
F: Breaking through the waves and riding the wind, the million sails have made it through, and the stars realign to forge the new cosmos.
B: First let us give our highest respect to our compassionate, magnificent, and most revered Master!
B: Let us give our greetings to our fellow practitioners in Mainland China, who are still steadfastly cultivating in Dafa, clarifying the truth, and saving sentient beings in the most difficult environment!
B: Let us extend our most sincere welcome to our fellow practitioners who have come here from all over the world!
F: Seven years ago on this day, we gathered here. We intently listened to Master's teachings, marveling at the Buddha Fa's boundlessness.
M: Our innate nature, covered up by this world, was awakened. Our Master's teachings were etched in our hearts. It was what we waited for and our deepest wish, culminating after millions of millennia.
F: It was all for the day that we attained the Fa.
M: Seven years ago today, the Fa boat that would take us back to our origins arrived. We saw for ourselves Master's benevolence.
F: Spinning, flying Falun displayed the Lord Buddha's benevolence; countless golden lotus flowers gave testimony to the Enlightened Being's solemn dignity.
M: Under the Buddha's illuminating light, we are assimilating to "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance", in Zhuan Falun we are experiencing the boundlessness of the Buddha Fa.
F: After that day, revered Master's footsteps took Him to every corner of North America,
The beauty of Dafa was spread to the hearts of people all over the world.
M: The Buddha Fa is boundless, washing away the filth accumulated by the ten evils poisoning the world. In His benevolence, revered Master set off in the Fa boat to save sentient beings.
F: "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" shone brightly on the origin of our beings, allowing our innate nature to slowly emerge.
M: Walking down a seemingly endless path, going through giant obstacles; Overcoming round after round of tribulations, stepping over danger after danger.
F: Today, as we gather here again, we are overcome with tears and a multitude of emotions.
M: In the last seven years, we have validated… the infinite glory of the Fa-rectification of the grand Firmament, and venerated Master's endless compassion.
F: In the last seven years… in the instant of a wave of Master's hand, the cosmos is reborn, and the face of the grand Firmament is remade.
M: In the last seven years… we have crossed over from the ancient times to today, transcended history, and fulfilled our sacred vows.
F: Master has the wish to save all sentient beings, bringing the most ancient, all-encompassing Dafa of the cosmos, descending to the human world, level after level.
M: Bringing with Him the hope for the survival of the entire cosmos' beings.
F: Bringing with Him the most glorious, magnificent Spring of the cosmos' history.
M: The Fa Boat sets sail from here, and countless disciples are immersed in Master's compassion.
F: Countless sentient beings are feeling Master's infinitely benevolent guidance.
M: However, the old forces in the cosmos have used their degenerate notions, narrow-mindedness, and warped thinking, to judge Master and Dafa. Out of selfishness and jealousy, they are making things up out of nothing, wanting to test the Dafa of the cosmos. Their interference has severely impeded the Fa-rectification, bringing enormous disaster for the sentient beings.
F: In July of 1999, terror fell from the sky onto the human world, the landscape turned turbulent in an instant. The head demon Jiang went on stage, spewing gigantic lies to the world. Devoid of humanity he brutally persecuted people, using violence, lies, and slander in the process.
M: The brutal persecution against Dafa disciples is unprecedented, encompassing ways of torture from past to present, in China and abroad. So many Dafa disciples have been killed, injured, imprisoned, sent to labor camps, forced to leave their homes, and had their families torn apart. The bloody persecution has spread to every corner of China, and it has extended its reach to foreign shores.
F: In an instant, dark clouds enveloped everything, and it seemed as if the sky would fall. Everyone thought that it would be impossible for us to succeed.
M: When the situation was dire, Master turned back the evil with His might, holding up everything on His own. Enduring endless suffering and going through countless difficulties, He gave everything for the sake of sentient beings.
F: Our compassionate, magnificent Master has borne the enormous karma that we have created over lifetime after lifetime, bearing everything in history for the sake of all the beings in the entire cosmos.
M: When we encounter demonic tribulations, Dafa's guidance allows us to closely follow Master's Fa boat.
F: When our progress becomes difficult, Master's teachings allow us to overcome any obstacle.
M: Who is afraid of the enormous, crashing waves of persecution? We will persevere through it with ever-increasing dignity and courage – righteous thoughts, righteous actions.
F: Who is afraid of the harsh cold or the driving storm? We will persevere through it with ever-increasing ease and confidence – we shall forge ahead with courage.
M: The violent storm can never snuff out the bright light burning inside the disciples' hearts, the crashing thunder can never destroy their steadfast belief in Dafa. In the bloody storm we will overcome any danger, and in helping Master to rectify the Fa, we will validate our sacred vows.
F: In the snow, the plum blossoms are even brighter, and the steadfast Dafa disciples are radiating even purer, righteous rays of light. In eliminating the evil through righteous thoughts, the divine might displays Dafa's solemn dignity. In clarifying the truth, Dafa is awakening the sentient beings' kind nature.
M: The lies and falsehoods are exposed one after another, and more and more people are seeing through the deceit. The truth has been spread to the four corners of the world, and more and more people have raised their voices for justice and kindness.
F: It is all over for the evil forces that are persecuting Dafa, and a brand new page has been turned in the cosmos' history. Looking at China's landscape from afar, the dark clouds have been dispelled, revealing the clear sky.
M: The forces of justice all over the world have cast an inescapable net, sending the head perpetrator of the persecution into the courtroom. The evil, rotten ghosts have nowhere to hide, as the grand force of Fa-rectification is about to break through to the human world. A whole new world and new people have gradually shown themselves in front of us.
F: Our compassionate, magnificent Master, we can't express your boundless grace with words. Your enormous sacrifices have forged everything that is the most glorious for the sake of sentient beings.
M: Our compassionate, magnificent Master, you scooped us up from Hell and washed us clean with your mercy. You have paved the road to the heavens, and bestowed upon us eternal glory, boundless blessings, and everlasting life.
F: In the endless Heavens and limitless Firmament, the beings are as numerous as the stars in the sky. Who is there in the cosmos that is as fortunate as we are, being able to share in the holy destiny of assisting Master in the human world? We're composing the most glorious, magnificent history of the Fa's rectification of the cosmos.
M: The boundless magnificence of Dafa and boundless glory of Master's Fa-rectification will be forever recorded into the history of the cosmos, and etched for eternity in the Heavens and in the human world.
F: No matter where we are, countless Dafa disciples' hearts are linked together. Encouraging each other, we shall progress diligently.
M: In cooperating with each other, we shall form an indestructible entity. In removing the remaining evil and saving sentient beings, our wills are unshakable.
F: Let us treasure Master's enormous sacrifices, and treasure the unprecedented chance to participate in Fa-rectification.
M: And walk each step on the path of Fa-rectification more rationally, clear-headedly, and steadfastly.
B: And welcome the coming of the cosmos' new epoch together and usher in the most glorious occasion in all of the cosmos—let the entire world celebrate the moment when the Fa rectifies the human world.
