Dream of Falling

A Dafa Particle

PureInsight | December 24, 2001

Last night I dreamed that two friends and I were attempting to do something very important. We gathered our supplies and climbed to the top of the three towers that were in the midst of the city. We were each on separate towers that stood about 100 feet high and were only about 1 foot by 1 foot wide. It was very tiny up there.

We were holding all of our stuff on our respective piers and then it was time to switch. So we each jumped the 12-foot distance between the towers to land on another one. The others were fine, but mine began to wobble. I was feeling very scared and knew that I was not as 'solid' as the other two, who were holding up just fine.

Then, I accidentally let go of the balloon. Then the books fell. The tower started swaying back and forth gradually at first, but it soon progressed until it started to break apart from the top down.

I fell down, but was able to glide down on top of my jacket. I knew I needed to get back up there to carry out my mission. So I ran to the store and gathered more supplies, and I gradually climbed back up. On the way up, my balloon again fell, but this time it fell upward and hit the sky and bounced back down to me and I was able to catch it. I was enlightened as to how gravity works, a topic Master talked about in the 2001 Canada Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference. He said, 'In other words, if you pull it, it can extend like a rubber band, and when you release it, it will go back... Only this way can it be stable there--this is the reason why a satellite can stay there.' I enlightened to the fact that my 'supplies' were 'assimilated' to the higher realms and that their 'stable' positions were high up. This was also the case for my friends, who had no fear of falling and were very stable up there.

I, however, was not solid in my cultivation and fell. I had the sense that time was urgent and that I needed to be very diligent in returning to my position in the Fa-rectification, this most important mission.
