The Wicked Cannot Escape from the Tighter Net of Justice

[PureInsight.org] Recently, Falun Gong practitioners from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia submitted another list of perpetrators who persecuted Falun Gong to their respective governments, requesting to not allow these evil people’s entry or even freeze their assets.

Before the simultaneous action of the four-country practitioners, Falun Gong practitioners in Canada submitted the first list of perpetrators and requested the Canadian government to refuse them visas or freeze their property according to the “Magnitsky Act of Canada” last December. This July, Falun Gong practitioners submitted a list to the US Department of State and requested to deny these people’s visas. A few weeks ago, Canadian and Australian Falun Gong practitioners submitted a list of wicked people to their governments with the same request.

Many Western countries subscribe to the universal values of the freedom of faith. Based on the concept of human rights protection, they vowed not to make their country a safe haven for human rights persecutors with corresponding laws and mechanisms to punish these persecutors, including human rights persecutions in other countries. US State Department officials have revealed that 28 countries have formulated or were preparing to formulate a similar law as Global Magnitsky Human Rights in the US. They would freeze the assets of human rights persecutors and refuse to issue visas. Officials have more clearly stated that in recent years, many people have been refused visas because of human rights persecution, as they have participated in the persecution of Falun Gong.

In June 2011, the US State Department updated the non-immigrant visa application form DS-160. They included six new questions about the security and background information. One of them was: “Have you ever been directly involved in the coercive transplantation of human organs or bodily tissue?” This question was for the entry permission. If the answer was yes, the applicant usually couldn’t get a visa. The US government has added relevant questions to the non-immigrant visa application form to highlight their concern about the crime of organ harvesting.

If a Communist Party member of China got the visa or citizenship in the US by concealing their identity as a party member, his green card would be revoked at any time once it is reported. He would then be repatriated back to the mainland. In January 2016, Lu Lin, a Chinese-American man from Naperville, Illinois was charged because he concealed his Communist Party member status and his relationship with the Chinese intelligence service in his application for US citizenship.

The Australian Bureau of Security Intelligence (ASIO) archives was declassified in 2016 showing that hundreds of post-war European immigrants were considered a threat to Australia’s national security because of their connection to the Communist Party. They were subject to long-term surveillance. Some of them have been rejected for the Australian citizenship application for decades. Even if they didn’t have a criminal record, they were still considered threats to the national security as long as they were the Communist Party members or close to the Communist Party.

Poland, a communist country before, tried to extradite former famous judge Mikhnik from Sweden. He had sentenced a group of people who opposed the Communist Party to death. Last October, the Polish court issued an arrest warrant against Mikhnik who is 85 years old. This January, the Polish judiciary requested Sweden to extradite Mihnik, a Swedish citizen now, to Poland for the trial. The Polish government stated that Mikhnik had committed crimes against humanity and other similar crimes.

The above examples from the United States, Australia and Poland showed that a Communist Party member who participated in the persecution of Falun Gong or are involved in live organ harvesting, would be denied entry. Even more, they would face the situation of nowhere to live all over the world if they wanted to immigrate. Even if they were lucky to immigrate, they would still be prosecuted for the responsibility. A similar case happened in 2016: On May 16th, the Stockholm District Court in Sweden sentenced Claver Berinkindi, a 61 years old Swedish citizen to life imprisonment because he was involved in the 1994 Luanda genocide. Charges included genocide and some serious crimes in international law such as murder, attempted murder and kidnapping in Luanda.

Berinkindi is a criminal involved in the genocide and a part of the killing machine. He still couldn’t escape the justice although he concealed his identity to become Swedish national; although it happened twenty-two years ago and Sweden were thousands of miles away from Luanda. The revelation from this judgment to Chinese immigrants was that the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong has been the most serious crime of mass extermination in the 21st century. The cruelty was far more than the Luanda genocide. Both the first evil who drafted the persecution policy and the accomplice who executed the order couldn’t escape the legal responsibility even to the end of the earth.
Similarly, Poland’s prosecution against judges in the era of the Communist ruling also guided the world to the same conclusion: the crime of mass extermination and crimes against humanity were significant; and the prosecution period would never lapse. People who persecuted Falun Gong cannot escape for the rest of their lives. The large scale of Jiang Zemin and the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong was more devastating than the Luanda genocide. It deserved more attention from the world.

The justice of human society brought fascist Hitler, the dictator of Yugoslavia, the murderer of the Khmer Rouge to the International Court of Justice. It could also put the Jiang’s Group and the CCP officials on trial fairly soon. The judgment of the Swedish court and the Poland’s prosecution against the former judge should let the accomplices of the persecution think about their future. These were enough to alert those people who were deceived by the CCP that there would be no good ending for them. There was a Chinese saying like “After the cunning hare is killed, the hound is boiled”. Those people would bear a bitter fruit after being utilized by the CCP. Those short-sighted people should leave a way out for themselves.

The spring would be here soon after the cold winter; and the justice would eventually defeat the evil. Falun Gong practitioners continued to collect and sort out the list of persecutors, plus request Western countries to refuse visas or freeze assets. In the meanwhile, the wicked people who have already come overseas would be reported to the Immigration Bureau and demanded being expelled from the country. It would be more difficult for the persecutors to find hiding places for themselves, their families and their property. Those who are still involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners should stop the persecution, protect Falun Gong practitioners, and collect evidence of the crimes of others to make up for it. It might reserve a path for their future to make up for their sins and redemption.
