Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a high-level cultivation practice rooted in the Buddhist tradition. Introduced to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in May 1992. Falun Dafa’s teachings are based on the fundamental characteristics of the universe: Truth, Compassion, and Forbearance. Today, it is practiced in over 80 countries, and Mr. Li’s teachings have been translated into over 40 languages.

Falun Dafa teaches practitioners to let go of unhealthy attachments The five exercises of Falun Dafa consist of four standing exercises and a meditation. They are simple to learn, and highly flexible to individual schedules. The exercises promote energy circulation, open up blockages and eliminate impurities in the body.
