[PureInsight.org] In front of the sidewalk of the Chinese Consulate in New York, Falun Gong practitioners, braving against all types of weather, have been peacefully protesting China's persecution against Falun Gong and clarifying the truth about Falun Gong and China's persecution against Falun Gong since the Chinese Communist regime started to openly persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. They come from different parts of the world. Every day there are different Falun Gong practitioners peacefully meditating in front of the Chinese Consulate in New York City. It was as if they had not visited New York until they came to the Chinese Consulate. Strangely different from other parts of Manhattan, the weather in front of the Chinese Consulate is consistently cold and gloomy all year round. This is a feeling shared by every Falun Gong practitioner who has come here. People passing by this place often stop and offer their ideas to help end the persecution against Falun Gong as soon as possible.
