[PureInsight.org] This is a humorous photograph. The glass doors of a Chinese Embassy reflect the scene outside the embassy where Falun Gong practitioners are peacefully protesting against China's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. This photograph tells a very profound and unique story and gives the audience something to think about.

When the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Falun Gong practitioners in China on July 20, 1999, the Chinese embassies and consulates worldwide also became the CCP's accomplices in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners outside of China. Since 1999, Falun Gong practitioners have been peacefully appealing for the end of the persecution outside of Chinese embassies and consulates outside of China on a regular basis. In fact, Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful protests outside the Chinese embassies and consulates have become quasi-tourist attractions worldwide. Because these peaceful appeals are across from the Chinese embassies and consulates, it becomes a challenge to put both a Chinese embassy and Falun Gong practitioners' appeal in one picture. The practitioner who took the photo found a very unique angle and took this humorous photograph with special meanings.
