[PureInsight.org] According to recent reports from Minghui.org, from January to April of this year, a total of 85 Falun Gong practitioners were persecuted to death. Falun Gong practitioners are currently experiencing brutal slaughter. It is the responsibility of all humanity to stop bloody persecution and slaughter! Here are just a few recent cases of persecution resulting in death.
Case 1: Ms. Li Guibin, an elderly Falun Gong practitioner from Funing County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, was illegally sentenced to four years in prison and fined 10,000 yuan by the Changli County Court of Qinhuangdao City in July 2019. In May 2021, she was abducted and taken to Hebei Women's Prison in Shijiazhuang. On April 16, 2023, she was persecuted to death at the age of 80.
Case 2: Mr. Wang Yudong, a Falun Gong practitioner from Qiqihar City, after enduring thirteen years of wrongful imprisonment and the successive deaths of his parents and wife, tragically passed away with grievances on April 9, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving behind a six-year-old orphaned daughter.
Wang Yudong was once an outstanding chef and a national chess referee. He was frequently praised for his dedication to work and was known as a kind and good person among his neighbors. After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started persecuting Falun Gong, Wang Yudong suffered brutal persecution for his steadfast belief in Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. He was twice illegally sentenced to a total of thirteen years of wrongful imprisonment. His wife, Zhu Xiumin, was also unjustly sentenced to seven years for her involvement in broadcasting the truth about Falun Gong on television. She tragically passed away with grievances in 2022 while living in displacement.
Case 3: Ms. Hu Yongxiu, a 64-year-old Falun Gong practitioner was from Jiang'an District, Wuhan City. On March 30, 2023, she was located and abducted by the police while clarifying the truth near the Sixth Hospital. Just six days later, on April 5th, her family announced that she had been persecuted to death. A memorial hall was set up in her home, and it is reported that police officers from the local police station were present for surveillance.
Case 4: Mr. Wang Jian, a Falun Gong practitioner from Zunhua County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, after being abducted and falsely sentenced to seven years, was taken to Jidong Prison for persecution. On April 3rd, 2023, his family received a sudden call from the prison, informing them of Wang Jian's death. His family felt grief and shock, stating that just a month prior, Wang Jian had a healthy medical examination and was preparing to sue Jidong Prison.
Case 5: On January 10th, 2023, Ms. Teng Shuli, a 53-year-old Falun Gong practitioner from Jixi City, who had been illegally sentenced to seven years, was persecuted to death in Heilongjiang Provincial Women's Prison, where her mental and physical well-being was ravaged.
Case 6: After nearly four years of wrongful imprisonment, Fu Fazhi from Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, passed away with grievances. In October 2022, just over a month before the end of her four-year term of wrongful persecution, Falun Gong practitioner Fu Fazhi’s life was in critical condition due to the persecution. Her family received notification and visited her at Sichuan Women's Prison. Her condition was improved temporarily, but she was not immediately released by the prison. Several days later, Fu Fazhi returned home that month, but was already unable to take care of herself. Approximately three months after returning to her hometown in Aba County, around January 2023, she tragically passed away with grievances at the age of 78.
The above cases are just a few recent instances of persecution. With 85 Falun Gong practitioners persecuted to death, it signifies that at least 85 kind-hearted families have experienced the tragic loss of their loved ones. These members of 85 kind-hearted families have been brutally slaughtered simply because they believe in the practice of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and strive to be good people. They have no illegal activities or violations of national laws. This is a tremendous miscarriage of justice, an unprecedented injustice! For over two decades, countless Falun Gong practitioners and kind-hearted families have been falsely accused by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in this manner!
According to Minghui.org, from 2020 to 2022, a total of 2,439 Falun Gong practitioners were wrongfully sentenced, and 391 of them were persecuted to death. As of now, the number of Falun Gong practitioners who have been persecuted to death by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has exceeded 4,900. This number is only the tip of the iceberg! Lots of Falun Gong practitioners (and non-Falun Gong practitioners) who have been killed through forced organ harvesting were not included. The CCP's bloody persecution and slaughter of Falun Gong practitioners continue to this day. The crimes of torture, genocide, and against humanity committed during peacetime remain unabated. What responsibility should the successors bear for the ongoing persecution initiated by former CCP leader Jiang Zemin? Shouldn't people deeply ponder and wake up to this?
According to recent reports from Minghui.org, on May 1st, the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) released its annual report on global religious freedom for 2023. The report states that the Chinese Communist authorities continue to persecute Falun Gong. The committee urges the U.S. government to impose sanctions on CCP officials who severely violate religious freedom.
In the report, the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom recommends that the State Department designate 17 countries, including China, as Countries of Particular Concern due to the severe violations of religious freedom by their governments. Since the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom began publishing related reports on religious freedom in 1999, the CCP government has been recommended for inclusion in the "worst offenders" list for 24 consecutive years.
The report states that the Chinese Communist government continues to persecute Falun Gong. In 2022, Falun Gong documented 7,331 cases of CCP harassment and arrest of Falun Gong practitioners, with 633 people sentenced to prison and 172 people persecuted to death.
The report points out that in the past year, the religious freedom situation in China has further deteriorated. It recommends the U.S. government to take legislative measures to curb the CCP's malicious actions.
It is the responsibility of all humanity to stop the bloody persecution and slaughter! I hope all Chinese people with conscience and goodwill, as well as the international community, pay attention to the tragic plight of Falun Gong practitioners in mainland China, to the shattered families torn apart by persecution, and work to dismantle the evil Chinese Communist Party as soon as possible. That is the only way to put an end to the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners that has lasted for 23 years, stop the cruel persecution and bloody slaughter of Falun Gong practitioners, and end the history of the rogue CCP severely violating religious freedom, restoring the dignity that humanity deserves!
