Cloud Blacks Out Sun in Shenyang

PureInsight | November 29, 2004

[PureInsight.org] The China Daily website reported that on November 12, 2004 a freak cloud formation 8,000 meters (nearly 5 miles) deep blanketed the northeastern city of Shenyang. The noontime daylight was plunged into darkness accompanied by tremendous lightning flashes for over 30 minutes.

Two cloud fronts converged to form the 5-mile-thick cloud cluster which effectively reduced visibility to near zero, according to an expert from the provincial capital's meteorological bureau. The amazing spectacle was also reported in many other areas of Liaoning Province. The meteorologist warned that temperatures were likely to plummet in the coming days.

Shenyang is the location of the Longshan Forced Labor Camp, while Liaoning Province has many penal institutions, including the notorious Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, that have been the site of innumerable black deeds committed against Falun Gong practitioners.
