[PureInsight.org] "The sound of wind, rain and reading is pleasant to the ears, and family affairs, national affairs and world affairs are of concern to us" (Cited from Gu Xiancheng (1550–1612) Couplet inscribed on Donglin Academy). Each of us has to study and learn culture since childhood. So, will any kind of cultural atmosphere affect the fate of our family, country and even all people in the world?
This couplet from the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) shows that the ancients paid more attention to following the way of heaven and the laws of nature when reading, because the spring breeze bathes people or the summer rain drenches people, which shows the nature's undemanding nourishment of all things. In other words, the sound of reading can correspond to this frequency, and this culture can correct people's thoughts, guide people to cultivate their hearts to achieve wisdom, and bring beauty to the whole society. This may be the way of returning to the original true self that the ancients practiced, and it brings good luck to the people of the world from the social level.
However, it can be seen that modern people's reading emphasizes technical competition to satisfy material desires. Especially when atheism and evolutionism were forcibly instilled into people's minds in the form of CCP (Chinese Communist Party) culture, many people clearly felt that the morality of the whole society was declining sharply, and people seemed to be poisoned and were pursuing poisonous things and hurting each other. It is precisely because of the deviation from the Dao of Heaven that the sins are getting heavier, so there are more and more natural disasters and man-made disasters, which make people feel at a loss.
At the beginning of this year, I was fortunate to watch a Shen Yun performance overseas, which was an orthodox divine culture performance. During the performance, I felt that my whole body and mind were indeed indescribably transparent. When I left the theater, I saw that the sky and the earth were so broad. It turned out that compassion and kindness had such huge positive energy, which was an inner fulfillment that cannot be compared with any material desires. I was also sober and no longer have fear and anxiety.
Only then did I understand why in the past, under the influence of CCP party culture, the body and mind had to endure the sins and pain of the abnormal and distorted changes? That is because once the culture that conforms to the Dao of Heaven is destroyed, it is not just a loss for a country or nation, but a disaster for the entire human race. Only the culture passed down by God can eliminate these corrupt things and redeem the people of the world and return to the beauty of our original life!
