In a Few Words: Cooperation

[PureInsight.org] The article titled "Chinese Idiom: Pan's Writing and Yue's Ideas Made a Perfect Article", published on the PureInsight website (http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/articles/2003/11/10/1917.html) has shown me a genuine example of perfect cooperation.

Falun Gong practitioners are very busy nowadays. Everyone is doing a lot of work for Dafa. All media teams have their own small groups that share different tasks. However, the challenge of utilizing everybody's expertise, existing manpower and resources to optimize the results, as well as motivating those Dafa practitioners who haven't sufficiently contributed to Fa-rectification work, truly calls for cooperation between Dafa practitioners.

For example, Dafa practitioners who are very involved in various Fa-rectification projects could focus more on the work that requires more expertise while those that require less expertise should be passed on to Dafa practitioners who are less occupied with other Dafa projects. In addition, those media teams that interact more with everyday people could improve their communication with each other and integrate work group structures horizontally to share common resources to save manpower. This would enable the group to reach the state of "great ease" and to accomplish every Fa-rectification task.

Teacher said, "For Dafa disciples as a whole, in the process of validating the Fa, when you work together in concert, the Fa power is great." (From "Explaining the Fa During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference")
