Entering society
From a northeastern Chinese city
A teaching from the heart
Transmitted by word of mouth
Then people shared
With whom they cared
What it was
That they had found
And so it did spread
From mouth to mouth
and heart to heart
Throughout that distant land
Boarders could not confine
Its momentum only grew
Flowing out of China
To countries through and through
Filling hearts
And expanding minds
Around the globe
The Great Law flew
Falun Dafa was introduced to the public on May 13, 1992 in the northeastern city Changchun in Jilin province China.
With problems
And uncertainty
Many questions did get asked
With puzzlement
And confusion
Some found it a truly difficult path
It is cultivation
And great tests
We must pass
For if we don't
We truly know
This chance is sure to pass
With benevolence and mercy
Given guidance
And direction
With the gift of all answers
To every single question
His words shining gold
Like a soothing cool breeze
Without doubt
We all know
We must read and read
At the end of 1994 The fundamental teachings of Falun Dafa were published in the book 'Zhuan Falun'
From the youthful to the elderly
From the farmer to the wealthy
From the solders to the scientists
No one is left out
From all kinds of people
To all those in between
The greatest door has been open
So all may satisfy their dream
It was estimated in 1999 that about 100 million people in 30 plus countries around the world were studying Falun Dafa and practicing the exercises.
Although open
To anyone who wants this practice
A precious gift is given
For those who do deserve
Amidst all the friction
Within the tribulation
It is ones heart
That truly must
Make the clear distinction
With clear mind
And resolute heart
There never is a doubt
When waves get strong
And Continually grow
There will be no fear
Remaining sincere
And sailing clear
In Masters Great Law boat
On July 22nd 1999 The Peoples Republic of China began its another most severe persecution in history and focused it on Falun Dafa's founder and its practitioners. This still continues today.
Courageous cultivators
Strengthen their resolve
Watching with amazement
Stands everyone in the world
Where is it that these people
Find all such strength
All the world struggles to know
But can not understand
At what they look
And what they see
Is truly beyond man
But there it is
Before them stands
Shining in all its splendor
This Great Law
Without bound
Infinite it its grander
Despite assault, invasion of privacy, kidnapping, hard labour sentencing, illegal trials, torture, murder etc... Practitioners in China have only returned such treatment with Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. They continually go out in public or go to the government to stand up for the truth of Falun Dafa. Day after day more and more practitioners are taken to jails, mental hospitals, and labour camps.
Asked during torture
To defy and lie
With beaten bodies
And boundless hearts
Reciting Masters song
For without doubt
They will stay firm
To cultivate their pure gong
With Zhen Shan Ren
A practitioner is pure
The wicked hurt themselves
With compassion in heart
They try to help
Who can't see right and wrong
Those once heavy hands
Become light
As the bright casts out the dark
The once wicked learned
And now they know
To practice Falun Gong
In the face of the worst persecution practitioners have continually returned such treatment with unmatchable compassion. Many of the inmates and jail guards in many jails in China have started to practice Falun Gong.
All suffering bore
And difficulties past
We'll never understand
How Master did
What Master did
Teaching from land to land
All words to small
No heart can thank
The gift which is so grand
So today we stand
to celebrate
The brilliance of this Law
With respect to you
We do our best
To cultivate without flaw
It won't do
To not stay true
For we will surly fall
We must do more
And more and more
To further spread this Great Law
The world Falun Dafa day, May 13th 2001, marks the 9th year since Falun Dafa was brought to the public. From all practitioners around the world. Thank you, Master Li.
