Sichuan

As the earth trembles

And buildings fall,

Your heart seized by fear.

I think of your children,

Such innocent lives,

My eyes shedding tear.

Decades of suffering,

Long before this quake,

Living under a 'party's' reign.

Come free yourself,

Let your people know truth,

Many years of lies to blame.

The world hears your cries,

Feels your loss,

And hopes for brighter days.

I think of your children,

Such innocent lives,

Free yourself now from the 'party's' ways!
