Perspectives on a Dafa Pyramid

A Seattle Practitioner

When I began Dafa cultivation, reading Zhuan Falun for the first time, I imagined myself standing at the base of a pyramid. Zhuan Falun, the foundation of cultivation, brought mountains of confusing information, initiated complex thoughts and a myriad of broad questions, all of which widened the pyramid’s base.

Subsequent readings of Zhuan Falun elevated me above the base, narrowing the distance to the top, allowing me to see the top more clearly. Questions are becoming fewer and fewer, and thoughts become more rational. Doubts disappear and trust in the teachings increase. I leave the pyramid’s broad base behind and climb the ladder to a narrower section.

Occasionally, I experience minute evidence of enlightenment. Continuing study produces Faluns and allows me a clearer vision of the pyramid’s top. The ladder holds. Interferences diminish. Hardships prove to be rungs on the pyramid’s ladder.

Climbing becomes easier.

More frequent realizations of awe, for the majesty of Falun Dafa and Master Li’s teachings are a joy. Increasingly, worldly thoughts diminish. Everyday pursuits recede. Emphasis is on Zhen, Shan, and Ren. I climb higher on the ladder, getting ever closer to the top.

Questions are few at my present level; perseverance in Fa study, coupled with the wish to the reach the pinnacle, takes precedence.

May no errant attachment collapse the ladder.
