September 9, 2002, marks the one-year anniversary of the Yuanming website's debut in Europe. In the course of this one year, Europe's Yuanming has cycled through its birth and adolescence, growing up to gradually reach maturity. It is a living entity born in the Fa-rectification period. Its mission is "to reveal the facts, for the purpose of disclosing the evil persecution and for saving sentient beings." (From Teacher's article, "To Yuanming Website")
During the Yuanming website's growth and maturation period, it has received not only Teacher's benevolent concern but also support from Minghui, Zhengjian, and other mature websites, and especially Dafa disciples in Europe and all over the world. The Dafa disciples who have assisted and participated in the Yuanming website's development, with their strong sense of responsibility and mission, have overcome obstacles such as lack of experience, insufficient time, and limited resources. Day in and day out, they quietly exhibit compassion and expose the persecution of Dafa. They cover the ceaseless appeals of the Dafa disciples in Europe, and publish stories and articles having varied views in order to provide all angles to the readers.
Currently, the European Yuanming website provides simplified Chinese, classical Chinese, and multilingual editions such as English, French, German, and Swedish.
The Yuanming website in Europe still has a lot of room for improvement and further elevation; therefore, we need everyone's help. In order to further develop the Yuanming website in the Fa-rectification period, and to clarify the truth in a refined manner, we are sincerely hoping for feedback and articles from Dafa disciples.
