A Lotus Flower Helped Her Quit the Young Pioneers

[PureInsight.org] I went to a market two days ago and passed by a cosmetics booth manned by an out-of-town vendor. I usually didn't stop by such vendor booths. But I couldn't resist the enthusiastic call from this elegant young lady, and stopped. She was an excellent salesperson. I bought an item, as it was just the thing I was looking for.

As I was paying for the goods, she noticed a lotus flower hanging on my handbag. She admired it and kept repeating how beautiful it was. I took it off my bag and gave it to her. She was so excited and continued to admire it. I told her that she could write something good on it and give it to someone else. She said: "No. You gave it to me. How could I give it to someone else?"

We continued to chat for a little while. She asked me what I did. Since I enjoyed her conversation and her elegant manner, I thus told her that I did broadcasting work and I was a volunteer for The Epoch Times, New Tang Dynastic TV, and Sound of Hope Radio Station. I mentioned that all of these organizations' websites were listed on the bookmark. As we talked, she felt our belief was very different from others.

Noticing her Mainlander accent, I inquired her about it and found out that she was from Shandong Province and that she was married to someone from Taiwan and had school-aged children. I asked her whether she had ever joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP.) She replied that only exceptional people could join the CCP. I asked her then whether she had joined the Communist Youth League. And she said no. How about the Young Pioneers? She said it was a long time ago. I asked her if had she ever worn the red scarf. She said that she was an outstanding student at the elementary school and therefore was allowed to join the Young Pioneers. I told her that the CCP had killed many people, had destroyed Chinese traditional culture, and had caused many people to lose their jobs. I also told her that the CCP would collapse soon and that anyone having anything to do with the CCP needed to renounce his or her association with it. I told her that more than five million people had resigned from the CCP, the Youth League, and the Young Pioneers, and that many high level officials were eager to resign from the party. I mentioned to her how the Soviet Union had collapsed overnight. She said she knew about this and that she was about twenty years old at that time. When I mentioned the persecution of Falun Gong, she said she also knew about that.

I suggested that she resign from the Young Pioneers as soon as possible to protect herself. I told her that she could find The Epoch Times' website on the bookmark. On that website she could find the resignation area, or I could help her sign up. She was very happy that I would help her resign. I told her that I would give her the resignation number and that she needed to keep it in safe place. She thanked me again. I asked her whether she had any family members who are CCP members. She told me that her father was a party secretary. I told her that she needed to get in touch with her father and have him resign from the CCP as soon as possible. In the mean time, I introduced The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to her and told her to tell her father to read it. I promised her I'd send her The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. She said when she returns to Taiwan she'd find the website to resign.

I was thrilled. I was on a tour of the island and I might not have a chance to come back here again. A lotus flower and a predestined relationship have caused a life to be saved. Teacher's poem of "It's like sharp swords shooting out together from their mouths" is so important at all times. There are sentient beings waiting to be saved and every being will be given every opportunity to be saved. Teacher arranged all this. We only need to grab every opportunity with a pure mind and more sentient beings will be saved.
