We Are the Judges in Charge of the Lawsuit Bringing the Evil Head to Justice

[PureInsight.org] After sharing experiences with fellow practitioners over the last several days, I feel that certain practitioners don't seem to have a clear understanding about the issue of bringing the evil head to trial. I'd like to share a bit of my own understanding.

During our conversation, a fellow practitioner mentioned that Jiang's gang "is willing to pay any price to stop the lawsuit from moving forward." He sounded very worried about it. My understanding is that we can use this point to expose the evil to the people of the world and let people get a closer look at the dirty, evil deeds that Jiang's gang has done. But we ourselves must be clear that the one thing that plays the key role is our righteous thoughts. We shouldn't be confused by surface illusions. "No matter what methods the evil uses or how much money they spend, they can't achieve what they want to achieve in damaging Dafa." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Boston")

At this moment when the evil head is about to be tried in a human court, I think the most important thing is that we must clearly understand the role that we play. We alone are the judges in charge of the lawsuit against Jiang. The court procedure in the human world is just a method that we can use to help people see through the evil and let more non-practitioners get involved so that they will have an opportunity to fight against evil, and thus position themselves properly. If we allow human logic to dominate our understandings, the old forces will use it as an excuse and take advantage of gaps in our understandings, which in the human world manifests as causing us all kinds of difficulties in the lawsuit against Jiang. "As I've said, everything that happens today in the ordinary society is the result of Dafa disciples' thoughts. Even though the old forces do exist, if you don't have those thoughts they can't do anything. When your righteous thoughts are strong enough the old forces can't do a thing." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Philadelphia, U.S.A.")

In addition, the public trial against the evil head doesn't have to be limited to the confines of the actual courtroom. Some practitioners have already started to use different methods to bring Jiang to trial. For example, when she goes to the local park to practice the exercises in the evening, a German practitioner displays banners and photographs that introduce Dafa, expose the evil, and highlight the fact that the evil head has been sued in Chicago. She also places a signature petition form in support of the lawsuit against Jiang on the ground next to her. After she finishes her exercises everyday, she will see a dozen more signatures that the passer-bys have left behind. She said that at that moment she feels that her practice site is the courtroom that judges the evil head. Once a passer-by asked her if it is true that Jiang has been sued, and after receiving an affirmative answer, the person placed one hand over his chest and bowed deeply toward the practitioner. Even though I didn't personally witness it, I could feel the hopes that all sentient beings have for bringing the evil head to justice. "The Dafa disciples ascend to the heights of the heavens in control of Heaven and Earth, rectifying the human realm." ("The Foretelling") It is now the crucial moment for us to have our "righteous thoughts display the might of Gods" ("New Year's Greetings from Master"), and use the righteous thoughts and righteous understandings that we have cultivated through the Fa to bring Jiang to trial in the courtroom of morality, in the courtroom of human hearts, and in the courtroom of the human world.
