Minghui Net published an article describing how practitioner Zhang
Yanhua, who lives in Zhang Jiakou City in Mainland China, has been
enduring brutal abuse from her husband Liu Yongmin. I would like
to share my thoughts on this subject.
After reading the article, I felt that Ms. Zhang had been handling
family violence with tolerance and kindness. She didn't realize
it was a form of persecution against her by demons in other dimensions
who have been controlling her husband to carry out the brutal
acts. She treated the persecution only as violence carried out by
a human being, her husband. However, how can a human being
hurt a Dafa disciple?
Master said in "Expounding on the Fa:" "Whenever a tribulation
comes, you do not see it with the side of your original nature but view
it completely with your human side. Evil demons then capitalize on this
point and inflict endless interference and damage, leaving students in
long-term tribulations." As a matter of fact, if Ms. Zhang truly
has held no hatred or complaints toward her husband as it was stated in
the article, then she should have met the standard required of a
practitioner. "When a tribulation arrives, if you, a disciple, can
truly maintain an unshakable calm or be determined to meet different
requirements at different levels, this should be sufficient for you to
pass the test." ("Expounding on the Fa") Then why has she
been enduring the tribulation for so long? The article didn't talk
about whether Ms. Zhang has been opposing her husband's violence with
righteous thoughts. It also didn't talk about whether all the
practitioners around her have been sending righteous thoughts to clean
away the evil spirits and rotten ghosts controlling her husband.
Master said in "Expounding the Fa:" "After all, a cultivator is
not an ordinary human. So why doesn't the side of you that is your
original nature rectify the Fa?" We should clearly realize that
the persecution is very evil. It aims at ruining cultivators as
well as those who have been used by tools of the persecution.
Now the progress of Fa-rectification requires disciples to do the three
things well by cultivating themselves and saving sentient beings.
It doesn't work to merely practice amidst hardships because it is the
path to godhood arranged by our Master. Therefore, if things
occurring to us are interfering with us doing the three things, we need
to eliminate them with righteous thoughts. What that Minghui
article described was definitely not "human" interference.
