Buddha’s Are Shedding Tears for Us

A Dafa Discple in Shanxi Province, China

[PureInsight.org] Our Fa-study group meets every Saturday. On Saturday morning, December 8, I quickly entered deep concentration while meditating, just like what Master described in Zhuan Falun: “…and only your mind is left—there’s just a little bit of awareness left knowing that you’re cultivating here.” I felt that everything was empty. Then I saw an image of a large Buddha encircled by many smaller sitting Buddhas, each with a halo. I was stunned by this spectacular heavenly sight. It seemed like my eyes weren’t capable of seeing everything. As the image faded away, another image of a face replaced it. From its left eye dripped a tear bigger than a lima bean. It was like a huge transparent raindrop with a thin water trail dripping from a tree after a rainstorm. I followed that teardrop to see where it would land…

After seeing these two images, I couldn’t calm my heart for a while. After the meditation ended, I told the nearby fellow practitioners what I saw. Some of them said that the teardrop was shed by the Gods for those sentient beings who will perish when the mass calamity comes, and others said that it meant that it will begin soon, etc. My mood was very heavy still thinking about the two scenes. I inadvertently said, “Who knows if the face that shed the tear was one of a Buddha or a Bodhisattva?” It was then time to send forth righteous thoughts. As soon as I sat down an image of a Buddha’s face appeared before my eyes. I could see the facial features very clearly, including the hair. I immediately realized that it was a Buddha who shed the tear for those Dafa disciples who won’t return to their rightful places. Disciples who can return to their rightful places are all by Master’s side, each in their own worlds.

After sending forth righteous thoughts, I discussed what I realized with my fellow practitioners. They also shed tears of sadness. Master is compassionate and still worrying for those practitioners who haven’t cultivated well! The Gods haven’t left us much more time. Master doesn’t want to lose a single disciple!

The gaps among fellow practitioners’ levels have become very large. It is especially evident in veteran disciples. However some practitioners still worry about their sons not being able to find wives, their daughters not being able to find husbands, and how young their grandchildren are. Some people are still trapped by emotions and can’t let go of a variety of human attachments, which has interfered with them doing the three things. A few days ago, a practitioner who had cultivated for over ten years called me and said she’s in love and found a boyfriend who is an ordinary person. I didn’t know what to say over the phone. I only reminded her: “Do you still have time to discuss emotions and love? You should seriously weigh which side is light and which is heavy!”

Master said in “Severing” (Hong Yin Volume II):

“Cultivation is not hard,
It’s the attachments that are hard to part with.
When will you sever those many attachments?
All know the sea of hardship has no shore.
If your will is not firm,
The hurdles are like mountains.
How will you transcend this mortal life?”

Fellow practitioners, quickly awaken! Find your true selves. The grand play is almost over. It is almost time for us to return to our true homes.

When I saw those two images, I thought that it was just Master encouraging me to not fall out of line and to tell other practitioners. But these days I’ve been so flustered that I can’t sit still. I’ve been constantly seeing those two images. Only after writing this do I feel a little more relaxed. I realized that Master wants me to write this to tell fellow practitioners to quickly let go of human attachments, do the three things well, and return with Master.
